How IntoBlocks handles account, reference, project, generation, and service data.

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT OR SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
This Privacy Policy explains how IntoBlocks ("IntoBlocks," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit intoblocks.app or use our early-access Minecraft creator workspace (the "Services").
IntoBlocks is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is referenced only to explain intended compatibility and creator workflows.
IntoBlocks is operated by CURIOMIND LTD, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom. CURIOMIND LTD is responsible for the IntoBlocks Services and related support and purchases. Contact support@intoblocks.app; Mojang and Microsoft do not provide support for IntoBlocks.
CURIOMIND LTD is the controller of personal information processed for the purposes described in this Policy, except where we expressly agree to act as a processor for a business customer under a separate data-processing agreement.
This Policy applies to the IntoBlocks website, accounts, Build Mode, project and reference workflows, previews, generation records, downloadable artifacts, support, and related features we make available. It does not govern Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, independent import tools, third-party viewers, servers, or other services that have their own privacy policies.
We may collect:
.schem files, compatible browser-derived .litematic files, previews, dimensions, block counts, material information, reports, source artifacts, and download records;Do not include personal, confidential, client, or third-party information in a project unless you have authority to provide it for processing.
We may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, locale, referring page, pages and features used, timestamps, session identifiers, security events, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic or performance information.
To operate and troubleshoot asynchronous generation, we may record task status, provider and model identifiers, usage and cost information, timestamps, error details, safety results, file metadata, dimensions, block counts, and download or conversion events. We seek to avoid placing unnecessary project content in operational logs.
We use information to:
Providing the Services may require us to send prompts, authorized reference files, project settings, and related metadata to AI processing and infrastructure providers. Those providers may process the information on our behalf or under terms applicable to the service we use.
Private project content is used to fulfill the requested workflow, maintain safety, troubleshoot, and support the Services. We will not use private project content to train or fine-tune IntoBlocks models, authorize its use for general model training, or feature it in public examples or marketing without your separate, affirmative permission. Accepting these Terms or generating an artifact is not that permission. This commitment does not prevent limited safety review, debugging, abuse investigation, or use of aggregated or de-identified operational information that does not reasonably identify you or disclose your project.
Depending on the workflow, current integrations include OpenRouter and the model providers it routes requests to for Build Mode, E2B for isolated task execution, and WaveSpeed for Shape Mode processing. They may receive prompts, references or access links, generated intermediate files, and task metadata needed for the requested workflow. The actual model or downstream provider can vary by feature and routing.
Provider-side retention, abuse monitoring, and training settings depend on the provider, service tier, and our account configuration. We do not represent that every provider offers zero retention or identical training exclusions. Before introducing a new use of private content for training, we must establish the necessary permissions and provide the relevant notice; ordinary generation consent is not consent to that separate use. Contact us before submitting material that requires a specific no-training or deletion guarantee so that the applicable processing arrangement can be confirmed.
You should not assume that a third-party AI or viewing service has the same privacy practices as IntoBlocks. If you independently send an IntoBlocks file or link to another service, that service's terms and privacy policy apply.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, protect vital or legal interests, pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Services, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent for future processing when we rely on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
We may disclose information to:
Production payments are being prepared through Subotiz and remain subject to approval and activation. When enabled and you initiate checkout, IntoBlocks and the payment provider may exchange your account email, order and product identifiers, billing information, payment status, and subscription or refund records to process and support the transaction. Payment details entered directly into the provider’s checkout are processed under its applicable privacy notice. A provider may act independently for its own payment, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be legally defined as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising in some jurisdictions; where those laws apply, we will provide the required notice and choice before using such processing.
Projects, references, prompts, and Generated Output are intended to be private by default. They will not become public merely because they were uploaded or generated. If we later introduce an explicit publishing or sharing feature, the interface will identify what will be shared and your deliberate action will be required before publication.
A file you download and provide to another person is outside our control. Support personnel or service providers may access project information only as reasonably necessary for support, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or the requested processing.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing project access, operating generation jobs, securing the Services, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations.
Where a feature does not show a fixed retention period, the criteria below apply; the absence of a displayed period does not mean automatic deletion after a set number of days. Expiration of a download or signed access link restricts access through that link and does not mean the underlying file has been deleted.
Retention depends on the data and context:
We do not promise that the Services are permanent storage. Download and back up artifacts you need. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove limited copies from encrypted backups, security logs, legal holds, or records we must retain by law. Those copies remain protected and are removed or isolated according to our retention process.
You can request deletion of an account, specific project, references, or artifacts through the available product controls or by emailing support. We will assess the scope, identify records that must be retained and why, and process the request within applicable legal deadlines. Deleting a project does not necessarily delete separate billing or abuse records. Where appropriate, we will pass the request to service providers holding the relevant data on our behalf. Independent third-party copies and content you have shared outside IntoBlocks may require a separate request to that recipient.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your account and for avoiding unnecessary confidential information in prompts or uploads.
IntoBlocks and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms intended to protect international transfers, such as contractual safeguards, and provide information about available safeguards upon valid request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising-related processing; or appeal a decision. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
To submit a privacy request, email support@intoblocks.app from the address associated with your account and describe your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
We use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, workflow state, and, where enabled, analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details and available choices.
The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact support@intoblocks.app so we can review and take appropriate action.
Applicable law may provide additional rights. Residents of California and other covered US states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information and to opt out of legally defined sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may also have rights to object, restrict processing, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and receive information about international-transfer safeguards.
We will honor applicable rights based on where you live and the processing we actually conduct. This section does not claim that every regional law applies to every IntoBlocks user or activity.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, law, or our practices. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
Questions and privacy requests may be sent to CURIOMIND LTD at the address above or support@intoblocks.app. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; users elsewhere may contact their competent supervisory authority. You do not have to complete our support process before contacting an authority.
